When an artist goes too deep it will blow out under the skin, when it scabs it means it was over worked. It’s an artists bad, and sometimes it does happen to the best artists, his or her needles could have a burr, or the client is bleeding bad and it’s hard to see where color stuck. It will heal fine as long as you keep infection away, and don’t pick the scab. Most likely it will need to be gone over again, usually that’s all.
