this is the url to a album i tried to tke some photos but a bit hard when its on my back i will try get some more when someone comes over and can take some.
The pics arent the best, but yes its been definately overworked by the look of that. How long did it take? You’ve probably said, but i cant be bothered reading through all the back posts. If it was 3 hours then thats bloody ridiculous.
ok went back 2 and half hours, she shouldve had it bloody finished easily in that time frame. Oh and never pay up front for the whole deal, unless you know the artist very well, i have my clients pay for what ive done at the time, then they come back and pay after the next session, ive been offered the lot up front, but hey i ccould get hit by a bus lol!!!
If she really didnt tattoo to deep i dont think id want her to touch it up. EVen if its free:confused:
From the sound of things this girl prolly 2 inexperienced to be workin at a shop she should still be tattooing on herself if she can’t tell that she’s overworking the skin
From a tattooer’s standpoint ya a basic tat like that should take like hour an half tops and solid black tats are hard to get perfect the first time round she prolly should of just went over the whole thing twice an told you to come back in two weeks for a touchup
one of the things i’ve learned in the short time i’ve been tattooin is that once you do the outline the skin starts to get irritated an swell a bit an that makes it twice as hard to get ink into irriated skin. There wasn’t a shitload of lines in your tat so the swellin should of been very minimal. But then you have areas in the center that are fine an areas around the edge that are gettin irriated. Thus tatting skin that is taking ink differently in one general area so she was prolly beating up the edges worse than the middle
Nemore when i tat myself i’ll do outline only wait till it heals an shade fill ect
