I was going to get cherry blossoms, the key reason I didn’t was that after over a year of researching and getting designs drawn up I only ever found one piece I liked. I figured I’d cut my losses and not risk getting one I didn’t like. I find the majority of cherry blossom tattoos look pretty damn awful. They come out like badly drawn flowers, cartoony or just not good.
Even when done by a very good tattooist they just look messy to me.
