Stroppy – to be fussy, whiney, picky, unreasonable, bad mood – you know a govt official

Tosser – Chokin the chicken, slapping the sausage, bishop bashing, taking Cpt Picard to warp speed, the five knuckle shuffle, the strangulation of one-eyed bob, beating off, palm slapping, wood buffing, worm burping, pud whacking/pulling, taking the blindness test, monkey spanking, palm packing.

I am sure there are more but that is off the top of my head.
