What is this sausage that you keep talking about?
I live across the river from Harrisburg, PA.
I get my work done locally by Anthony Zamora,(formerly of 717 Tattoos) and Lindsay Wilson. At Never Say Die Tattoos there is a young girl tattooing that has done some really nice pieces.
Check out Drop of Ink in Mechanicsburg, PA
Butt’s right, Rob Diamond is good. Halo’s place located just outside of Baltimore too.
“Sausage”, Walter Frank, was on Ink Master this last season. He works at Club Tattoo in Las Vegas.
“He doesn’t have his portfolio online…”
Did he have electricity at the shop?
Yeah, he had electricity…..
I’m going to talk to Shane Munce of Olde Media Tattoo tomorrow. I LOVE his portfolio, and he’s tattooed a lot of famous bands, including Slipknot. I think he is very good, and he does a lot of realism.

It looks just OK to me. Nothing on his page wow-ed me at all. I guess I have really high standards.

I know the Sausage guy is now thanks he did some good tattoos and a couple of turds did he win?
Well,
I appreciate everyone’s input and suggestions, but I ended up going with my gut feeling and having Shane Munce do my tattoo repair/cover up. I am absolutely THRILLED with his work- he was so very nice and professional and patient with me. He took his time and really laid in wonderful details. We spent 4.5 hours with a few brief breaks and I will be going back for a second session to lay more color in some of the cover parts, finish the snake’s body, and add in highlights to make the brain look wet and fresh. I almost cried with joy when I saw the piece at the end of my session- I’m amazed and how different it looks and it’s such a wonderful relief to look in the mirror and be happy again!!!
As long as you like it! That’s all that matters.
