i just got a tattoo 2 and half weeks ago, the tattoo seems healed except for where there is heavy black, it feels raised and looks bumpy is this normal? Will it go to normal?
honestly same advice as the chap a couple of days ago.
give it time. if its still not healed and a bit bumpy maybe the artist went a bit rough on that bit of skin?
