hey guys and gals,

About a month ago I went to my regular artist and got impromptu skull tattoo. Fast forward to last week and I and start to notice a red rashy marks  on the skull. These aren’t like pimples but I did cut back on the aquaphor in the off chance that was the cause.  It doesn’t itch or anything but I did include a pic to see if you guys have seen this before and have any advice
