I got this tattoo done last week, I’ve been washing 3-4 times a day using the tattoo goo antibacterial soap and also using the tattoo goo balm and moisturiser

 

The tattoo is in my elbow crease and I’m really worried its infected and messed up, my artist says it should be okay and would just need a touch up however when I washed it this morning the scab fell off and my arm now looks horrendous 😭

 

Any advice on how to heal would be amazing!!
