I think they are pretty good… I used to like them enough that I bought all their CDs (available at the time). I also saw them once in concert and they were very good live. However after a while I got tired of their sound because pretty much all the songs sound alike.
….. if YOU think that’s true, then you and I obviously have very different definitions of “great.” I think a word such as “great” should be reserved for musicians who’ve truly made a difference, who’ve spread a message more profound than “I’m in love with this girl, and I’m so pained right now… blah blah blah.” I don’t hate Incubus or anything, but I don’t really think they’ve earned the privilege to be called anything more than “decent.”
