I’m not sure but the only Japanese horror film that I recall was Godzilla. (Sorry.)
Unless you factor in “Mothra”.
Shipwreck survivors are found on Beiru, an island previously used for atomic tests. Amazingly free of radiation effects, they believe they were protected by a special juice given to them by the natives. A joint expedition of Rolithican and Japanese scientists explores Beiru and discovers many curious things, including two women only a foot high. Unscrupulous expedition leader Clark Nelson abducts the women and puts them in a vaudeville show. But their sweet singing contains a telepathic cry for help to Mothra, the gigantic moth worshiped as a goddess by the island people. Mothra seeks the women in Tokyo, wreaking the usual havoc and special effects

Battle Royale – Not strictly a horror film, more like a thriller! But there is still a shit lot of murdering, blood and violence in it!
English Subs but i must say on the first half of the films is what you need to read to understand the whole thing!

Well, I know another kinda interesting jap movie if you like Japanese Horror. Try the original ‘Grudge’. The japanese version is much better, and its caled Ju-on. Of course the americans screwed it up..And like Grudge, there’s another japanese original that they converted….darn Americans! It’s called ‘Pulse’. Very different from the American version. If you liked Dark Water you should like this one.
