i think hip hop is dead…im not hatin on the south but i think there the ones that are killing hip hop……
so from all the rappers out there who do you think could bring hip hop back…..i think kanye west could bring it back but he needs support…
i still have my hopes up one day hip hop will come back….but for now i listen to real hip hoop like common, nas, 2pac, etc..

well “hip hop” is an abstract noun so it can never die as it has never lived hahaha 😛
But i do hope that Hip Hop doesnt stop being a musical fixture…but like all things it must end. it wont just stop! it will evolve and change as artists expand their expression. ..things can get stale, ya know?

I am sick of the south coming out with all of these dumb a s s dance rap songs……Obviously the talent isnt there or they wouldnt have to resort to writing lame ass raps about these dumb dances. The only southern rappers that have any style in my eyes are outkast and T.I.
Kanye West should have continued to do what he is good at….producing! He is cocky and arrogant and a down right crybaby.

It’s wounded but there is still some great stuff out there. Ohmega Whatts, Breakestra, J5(wasn’t too crazy for the last one), MFDoom, Quasimoto, etc. I think the underground is where it’s at right now.
