    It is illegal. But with the amount of people that does it every year, it has passed to be a normal thing.

    Just drag the song onto your mp3 program and sinchronize your mp3.

    Start LW click on the audio tab type in song or artist and download the file, once downloaded go to where LW downloaded the file add to WMP and burn to cd or sync to mp3 player.
