Use A & D ointment or Ink Fixx. Polysporin works, but do not use anything with antibacterial properties (like Neosporin) as it will mess up the ink. Lotion is not the best idea, even an unscented one. A & D is best or go back to the shop and grab the Ink Fixx as it is specifically for tattoos and won’t leech the ink from your skin. It’s just cracking b/c you are not keeping it moist. It will scab over and heal in about a week. If it gets really red or starts oozing, that’s sign of infection, so keep an eye on it. It should heal fine as long as you keep it moist and don’t pick at the scab

you have to keep it mosturized with a light lotion like baby, or keri or lubriderm, non scented. it will look bad if u don’t
