I got a tattoo 5 days ago that goes from the base of my heel up to the top of my entire foot. I have been wearing socks while walking around with my sandals and it seems to be scabbing in some places. I am trying to keep it as most as I can but shouldnt it be almost healed by now? Is it bad that it is scabbing up a tiny bit in some places? Some1 help please.
do not use neosporen no matter what they tell you do not just use regular vaseline and please dont pick it even if it itchs give it 5-10 more days trust me i’ve got several
it should be ok, let it heal a little longer, if it doesnt, go 2 a doctor.
um my mom has alot and she always keeps like gose on it. that usally helps
It Will Take About 2 To 4 Weeks For It To Stop Scabbing.i Just Had 1 Done 3-29 And About 2 Weeks Ago It Stopped.it Is Normal And Will Go Away On Its Own. Do Not Pick At It, Just Keep It Lotioned But Not With A Lotion That Has Perfume In It.i Use A Product Called Tattoo Goo. Worked Great Just Burned Like Hell At First.but It (tattoo) Retained Its Color.good Luck
Yeah, let it scab and keep putting the an antibiotic cream on it. That’s what makes them heal faster. Don’t pick the scabs, because it will take the ink off.
scabbing is completely normal. Do NOT pick it, the scabs will heal on their own in a few more days
Get some bethpanthen cream
from the chemist its for baby`s its the very best tattoo cream on the market!!!
And get some foot massage while he`s there putting it on
it’s ok, a tat will get a little rough and scabby sometimes, it doesn’t hurt the tat at all unless you pick at the scabs, so DONT!! just keep putting on lotion and don’t pick the scabs. You have to remember that a tat is basically an injury, it’s going to take time to heal like a normal abrasion would. give it a week or so and it’ll start to look normal.
Your just shedding skin. Remember you just got a tattoo so it will hurt. Just make sure you clean the scabs and make sure the tattoo has lots of moisture.
scabbing is normal. also peeling will occur for up to 2 weeks. just don’t pick at it or scratch it.
Cover the whole thing with antibiotic ointment, it will be fine
