    I am thinking of ideas for a tattoo but trying not to get too crazy yet. I sketched this up really fast and want to hear your guys thoughts and ideas that come to mind. Thanks.

    i think the bottom one runs the risk of turning into a big blotch over time, and with fading, many of the little negative areas could go away…. but the top one I like

    the images are a little large though…

    i think i like the second one better but yeah it may run the risk of being a big blodge of black over time.

    find a good artist and you should be fine though

    yea, either or, if you have the artist re-draw it, he will better be able to produce an image that is similar, but with a higher tolerance for fading and whatnot…
