I have been on site for a few weeks but have not really introduced myself. So here goes.

I’m female and a mum. 2 cats and an other half. Wanted to be a tattooist but never bought the kit.

Got my fists tattoo, self infllicted when I was sixteen and had my fist proper one when I was 19…over the years I had a few more and have since had some of these covered.

I have always loved tattoo and my first memory of them is as a 6 year old child seeing an elder female neighbour with very old and fade tattoos on her arms. I was facsinated by them and never seen that as exclusivly male (because of this).

I’m now making more positve choices about the artwork I have done now…older and wiser. Don’t want to get another tattoo that I want to cover up. And now that I’m the darker side of 40, my tattoo will (hopfully) still look great in 20 years time.
