    got my tattoo 5 days ago and tonight while i was sat down my back where i had it felt a little tight and hurt when i stretched my arms, now it wont stop itching and stinging its driving me mad, ive just put bepanthen on it as i didnt put any on today. whats wrong with it? i got a burning sensation on it and av to keep slapping it but when i do this a bit of colour comes off. is this normal, theres no puss coming out of bruising etc around the tat just a lil bit of red on the lines.

    if your slapping it and colour is coming out each time then i would say that you are beating the crapout of i, try a gentle slap that is ust hard enough to do the job, also …. how much bepanthen are you using ?

    its not a big slap just a light tap on the area to take the itchy bit away, im putting bepanthen on 2 times a day now but at the start it was 3-4 times a day. But today it was itching as bad as it was last night. i put a thin layer on my tattoo today and its ok so far but still flaking off.
