First of all did you want your tattoo to read ‘action not words’?

The latin for that is Factum non lacuna

Factom = Deed, accomplishment, work, act, achievement, action

Non= Not

Lacuna = A hole, missing letters, empty space, words, pond, or phrases in a manuscript, pool, deficiency, manuscript words, loss, manuscript phrases

I could not find anything in my dictionary for Acta and verba means to lash or lashing.

As for the style any decent artist could run a similar font that looks like it has barb wire running on eitherside of it.
