    Alot of times when I’m outlining a tattoo the ink what to spread out on the skin to where I can’t really see where I’m going with the line. I have a Paul Rogers lining machine made by Mickey Bees I bought for $250. Could it be because I’m not keeping enough petroleum jelly on the skin as I’m making the outline? I make sure my machine isn’t set too high to where the ink spits out of the machine
