Yes
Get it elsewhere on your body if you must get it at all.
As Wak stated in your other post your tastes do change as you head from your teens to 20’s or 30’s.
The tattoo would end up needing to be reworked a lot and could also wreck your chances at employment.
Whilst we all here love tattoos many employers don’t and have a zero visible ink policy.
It is one of the unfair but hard facts of life we have to put up with.
DD was a great film but I have seen many ppl with similar tattoos of the umber or the mask – my advice is have a good think about something you really want as it is there for life.
The upper arm is always a good place to start with a first time tattoo.

I agree with the first reply. A tattoo in that location will bring you most of the negative aspects of tattooing while rewarding you with very few benefits. At best it will be a very simple design, while it’s meaning may be significant to yourself, making it visible to everyone means you’ll be constantly judged by others who have no idea what it means. Then there’s longevity. Even if 20 years from now you still like the idea, the tattoo probably won’t reflect that idea anymore. Tattoos in that area usually age considerably faster than other places, it may look 20 years old after just 3 or 4 years. The pigments will tend to spot, fade and spread leaving you with something that looks more like a stain than artwork. I’ve seen it more times than I can remember, and I’ve never seen any that looked good after several years
