    depends what your into… could turn it into a sun set with waves and fish or dolphins around it?
    could places some big roses on the sides of it.. colour it?
    wrap something around it and out to the sides?

    depends on what size a tattoo you are after . if your happy with a sun you could always have it re worked and made a bit more modern
