Although i love my tat, its come out alot darker than i wanted, i asked for black and grey, and i dont think grey shading was an area hes good at because it has stayed very bold. does anyone have any ideas on how this can be blended into the arm better, i was thinking of asking to have sum grey shading added in the background or something by another artist. what do you think?
i dunno man. i think once its all done its done? especially when its solid black…
maybe it will blend out a bit as it gets healed?
dont quote me on that, i may be 100% wrong.
thanks man, your probs right to be fair. whats your opinion on its potential to be a half sleeve? id love that, would kinda make the whole thing fit in right, aswell as be able to have a decent smoke background to fit it all together.
that is more of a silhouette than a b/g piece, its going to be very hard to make that into anything much different, how long ago was it done????
i hate to be a negative person…… but what actually is it??? its hard to tell from the image
it looks a lot clearer in real, thats a bit of a funny pic, its the side view of wats called an iron sloth, its kinda hunched over, with the green eyes arrows and stuff in its back, its pretty hectic looking i know. i had it done about 2 weeks ago. so you dont think it can be added too or become part of something then?
Hi
As an abstract piece i do not think it needs any shade unless you want to put some rolling clouds over the top of it or fog wisping along the bottom.
To extend it perhaps have the hunters who shot the arrows hunting it with spears?
Clearer pics would be good though.
Take Care
Matthew
this is the day after i got it, bit crusty the black has lightened a bit. i like your ideas matt thankyou!. im just hoping it continues to lighten up, my artist did dilute the black for the top part, but it doesnt look to different at the moment.
