alrighty folks… my name is greg and i am in the navy as a corpsman… anyways i am thinking of getting a new tattoo on my inner, upper arm… i want to get a rope (mooring line) in the figure 8 patern type of knot…. i had a friend draw it exactly how i want it with a sharpie… what i cant figure out is how i want the end of the rope to go… see on my tricep i have my address (i know) but to me it signifies family… i was thinkin it would be cool if the rope went around my arm and somehow intertwined with the number… here are some

i think this is a kool idea for a tattoo, what is the number as i couldnt see it on the pic, if it a number with a cirlce or loop in it like 9 or 8 you could do the rope as if tied to he number holding it up, or maybe do the rope a bit smaller and incorperate a anchor in it signifying you are anchored down to your family.

i actually like the designand think it would make a cool tattoo .
i think i would just end it with some rope that is starting to fray !
