    Hey,

    This is my first post, geuss its a little cheeky to ask for help with something before really looking at the forum but I thought if I do this first the go have a look around then maybe someone would have helped me out 😀

    The thing is I got the chinese symbol for strength on my wrist, it looks like a four most people say and its driving me up the wall. I was wondering if anyone could think of anything to do with it like change it into something else or if I was to get more symbols up my arm what could I get that would look good.

    it would have been nice if you did a propper intro like everyone else 😉

    take a look at the bottom right corner of this piece of Kanji flash, its the symbols for power, but i am sure it is power and strength

    Yea thats what I have.

    I would like some suggestions on what else I could put on my arm or around my wrist. Like more chinese symbols around my wrist or up my arm. I would even love it if someone could suggest how I could maybe add some strokes into a different symbol or even into a different design.

    I’ve had a look around the internet and I find different symbols for the same words, its really hard to know what one’s are correct.

    Also my second name is Findlay, if you look at the tattoo side ways it could be an F. if someone could suggest how to get either indlay in the middle bit or another way to do it that would be great.

    i have the same tattoo on the back of my neck and i hear the “4” thing all the time. a friend of mine has it larger on his upper arm but he has shading in red and blue around it. both still look kind of plain and we’re both looking for a way to “spruce” it up so to speak

    and yes the symbol can mean power or strength depending on which translation you use. chinese or japanese in new style or old style

    erm, you could get some shading done around it so it looks like its on cracked stone .
