    Hey guys,
Just got my first tattoo the other day on my left forearm. Its a medusa design i took from a shirt and it took about 1hr45mins in total.

Not quite finished yet, looking to get a background/shading around it as well. The tattoo artist suggested a fading grey wash around the outside. Whats your thoughts?

I also apologise for the excellent quality of the pictures

What are those things at the far bottom right? Sock-puppets?

At first glance that looks a really nice design

However the other post saying about glove puppets has a point, although I wouldn’t put it quite like that.

I presume they are snake heads? its just the snakes on the left side look a whole lot more realistic, than the ones on the right? They either look unfinished, or as if they were even done by a different artist? Did you have it done in one session?

I’m guessing when it’s finished it will look much better ๐Ÿ˜Ž

    Hi

Give the guy a break ๐Ÿ˜‰

It is clear that the tattoo is work in progress and I am sure the artist will be adding a depth of more detail on further sittings.

I am sure it will become a very sweet piece of ink.

    Take care

    hey guys,

yeah the images i brought in only had an outline, so it was basically just a copy of what i had brought in and tattoo artist suggested what i could do with it, so im going to go back in once its healed to add some depth to it.
