I’ve got a tattoo on my right shoulder, got it about three weeks ago, and towards the bottom of it where it was a complete solid black fill, there were these red vein-looking rashes coming out on it and now that it’s going away I’ve got these gaps in the solid black now that are going to need re-filling.

I’ve got 5 other tattoos and they’ve all been taken care of the same way and I’ve never had a problem but this most recent one is bugging me. Any ideas as to what it could’ve been and what caused it?

There wont be anything to see. The blotches are in veins in areas about the size smaller than a dime and only where the fill is solid black. The veins themselves are less than 1mm thick, I don’t have a camera that’ll pick it up.
