Here is a picture of last weeks work. I think it turned out really cool with lots of great detail. The problem is that no one can tell what it is. Can you tell what it is? What do you think could be added to it to clarify the muscle detail? Maybe some bone above or below??

I can tell what it is, too. The detail in the muscle looks great – it doesn’t need clarified. To me, the proportions look a little weird though. Maybe it’s just the angle of the camera? Maybe adding bone below, making the whole piece a little longer would help.
I do think it looks great as is, though, so don’t dwell too much on my criticism – just something to think about ๐Ÿ™‚

I think it looks great – to me, it’s obviously an exposed muscle, anyone who doesn’t see that doesn’t know basic anatomy.
It doesn’t need a bone to make it more obvious what it is, but another tattoo of a snapped bone torn through the muscle below this tattoo would look pretty cool ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi

You would be amazed at the number of ppl who have never seen exposed muscle on a human. The detail is great and you do not really need to add direct to the tattoo.

The snapped bone above or below would be an interesting addition.

Take Care
