It looks like 6 different people drew it on the foot with a sharpie, and then someone inked into the sharpie lines.

personally i don’t think its was done very well. its not very neat and doesn’t look to be completed to a good/high standard.
however it could be due to the shape of your foot and how the tattoo is wrapped around that it doesn’t represent itself well in the pic.
as for the cover up, I can understand the views made previous however please bear in mind this is their opinion to what they think of your tattoo and how they would like to see it. or not see it.

either way, if your happy then i wouldn’t worry what anyone else here thinks.
