heey, i have heard that it is better not to sweat for a while, when you get a tattoo, but what about people who do sports, or just fitness. After how many days can you go back to sweating 😀
It is always best to let the tattoo heal for 5-7 days before you do any strenuous exercise. This stops the wound from getting infected (sweaty clothes rubbing against an open wound is not good) and burning from the salt in your sweat.
