i have some money saved up to get my sleeve started now, but then i got to thinking, since im going to keep working out and getting bigger after i get the sleeve, will my arm getting bigger from working out effect the tattoo in any negative ways?

As your arm grows, the tattoo will grow with it, obviously, but no, the ink will not be distorted or anything along those lines, just grows with the capacity of your arm growth. No worries.

As proven by another recent thread, that is not entirely accurate. Stretch marks will cause problems, and growing quickly causes stretchmarks.

So, as long as your arms grow slowly enough for the skin to cope, you should be fine.
