All tats at all, regardless of color, fade with time.

I have a tattoo that is about 8 or 9 yrs old that I absolutely despise and I look forward to covering it up in about 2 weeks…I noticed that it really fading now. I hated it so much I would put fade cream on it-lol. But yeah, all tattoos fade. They are an investment. You have to get them redone every so often.

my japanese work is about 4 year old,
i think all colour tattoos will fade in time but not sure how long it takes

Fading is in direct proportion to the amount of sun it gets.

Even if the Roman lettering is wrong, it doesn’t matter to me, it’s still pretty cool to me. I’m gonna be getting in the future since I have a few tattoos I need reworked, to get David Duchovny’s compass tattoo and in it he spelled out West instead of having it as a direction because its his daughter’s name but I’m going to do the same except I’m putting my own daughter’s name in it…My point is that it’s your body, your art…don’t worry about it…I’m getting a Gillian Anderson tattoo too-lol, after all my other’s are reworked. I have 3 more tattoos to fix before I can get either one of them…
