I’m not sure of the ingredients in the baby lotion but it’s always recommended to use a fragrance free lotion. Lubriderm and Curel are usually good choices. Yes the peeling is normal so now is when you generally want to make the switch to the lotion. Do not peel it, let it flake naturally.

If your peeling stop using the ointment. From this point I dry heal the tattoo

hard to say………..i was concerned because this is the first time i scabbed, but everythitng appears to be working out fine,,,,,,,,,,

some of my latest still has a whiteish haze over the ink………i think it is the last of the top layer of skin still falling off……….because as those splotches are fading away/peeling off the ink is just fine under neath……….

i do us a little lotion still, becasue the skin in these areas is still sort of dry and tight……

i’m thinking that i didn’t take very well to all the red ink used…………..because that is the only areas that scabbed – healed differently then anything else i’ve gotten……

I would dry heal too. It’s a little itchy for a while, but your already went through the pain of having it done. Might as well finish through, ha. I like using Aquaphor more than a&d as well. I just thought I would through that in.
