Few questions
Which Charity and registration number.
How are the images to be used?
Does the owner of the picture retain copyright?
What is the use of the content afterwards?
How is the prize to be paid eg postal order vouchers cash etc?
What is the min age to submit?
Is nudity allowed/disallowed?
Otherwise it can be seen as a scam to obtain ppl’s bank account details or a portfolio of work which can be used for personal purposes against the poster’s wishes.
Gotta love the ‘net and all the paranoia that goes with it.
take care
Matthew
RE: Few questions

The # Current Charities We Are Donating To:
St. Jude Children’s Hospital
The Special Olympics
Feed The Hungry
Cancer Research Institute
If needed I will send a pic showing the transaction made to the charity.
How are the images to be used?
You submit a picture of your tattoo > the pictures get reviewed > I compile a finalist list > the finalist have friends vote on their pic.
Does the owner of the picture retain copyright?
I DO NOT take or have any participant sign anything which entitles me ownership of their picture.
What is the use of the content afterwards?
After the contest is finished I might leave the pictures up for a week or so while I’m contacting winners for payment.
How is the prize to be paid eg postal order vouchers cash etc?
Currently I’m using Paypal as I feel it’s the safest and most efficient form as per online transactions.
If you want you can also opt to donate to charity .. (this allows support for charities and also support to those who are hesitant to give out a Paypal account).
What is the min age to submit?
No age limit ๐
Is nudity allowed/disallowed?
Disallowed
…………
It’s definitely not a scam and it is kind of a bummer that the net has such a bad reputation where people have to put a cautious eye even on a charity contest.. but nevertheless better safe than sorry. I’m just a young guy trying to get my new site rolling and in the process benefit others. I hope my answers cleared up those questions – thanks for the interest & support! ๐
