I’m working on getting a design for a sleeve. I’ve come up with the 5 elements of nature which are earth, wood, metal, water and fire. I’ve decided to keep the focus on nature itself and let the artist do the work, but am stuck on how to represent metal. Any suggestions?

Check out the Chinese Five Elements, also known as the Wu Xing.

Metal could also be portrayed as the Forge and hammer, which could be part of a medieval/norse theme?

Well… im kind of obsessed about skulls(im a freak) so…. i would get to represent metal a stainless steel skull like Terminator’s skull? would look pretty awesome if you ask me!
