Hi all,

I knwo this is for Europe but there isnt a worlwide one that i can see yet so I thought I would ask here instead.

I am off to Cuba soon and I am looking to get a design I have done by a local artist.

I was hoping that there may be a person or 2 who know of local artists who are good, I dont want a massive one its just a small one I want. I would be eternally grateful to anyone who could help me in any way.
