This is how my steam punk inspired cyborg squid is looking after its second session. My artist has put about 6 hours into it, got about 6 more hours to go. It’s the last piece on my right arm sleeve.

Very cool idea. Line work looks great the shading looks a little weak though.

Very interesting. Looking forward to seeing it finished. Will you connect it to the others to complete the coverage, or are you planning on keeping holes between them?

It’s going to be connected. It’s hard to tell from these pics, but there’s black work in between all the pieces of varying shades to suggest water flowing on the ocean floor. Once the new squid is colored, the connecting blackwork will be put in.

Thanks man. The shading isn’t done. The piece is going to be in full color, done in browns and greys and brasses. It’ll make more sense once I get the cash to finish this baby up.
