For those who don’t know what a mimosa is, or the type I want..

A single leaf:

Flowers:

The leaves are large, around a foot or so, however the tattoo would be downsized to about 6″.

I want a single leaf with the stem starting near my outer ankle and curving over the top of my foot towards my big toe, it’s the flowers that I’m having a hard time deciding on. With only a single leaf, I feel like they would be awkward and I’m not sure how I would situate them. They could connect at the stem and be placed on the ankle, I suppose, or I could work them in some other way unattached to the leaf.

I have plenty of time to think this over (I am not getting this any time soon) and I’m sure I will talk to the artist and get his take on it anyway, but if I get it down exactly how I like it, I will go with that and have my brother draw it up for me. I would actually rather he do the drawing than an artist because of the sentimental value, and he is a great artist.

Again, I welcome suggestions on placement, and anything else.
