Okay, this is kind of a continuance of a previous post about an idea for a tattoo. I wanted plenty of opinions so I decided to make a new post rather than add to an old one. (I’m not sure if that was the right way to do it or not :/ )

I know I can be lazy sometimes or be on crappy internet and not want to follow a link so I’ll put my original post in there and if you want to see the replies you can follow the link.
“Here is one of my many tattoo ideas. I’ll be getting my first tattoo next summer although not this one. This one will be really special and need a great artist, lots of cash and much more planning.
I was gonna go for a quote from a song as a tribute to my brother who passed away 4 years ago this September. But I decided I’d make it more personal and put the quotes into art. The quote is “The stars in the night, they lend me their light to bring me closer to heaven with you.” So, instead of lettering I decided to get a girl sitting in a field looking above a treeline up at the stars with one particularly bright shining star as if that is the star lending light. Or something along that idea. I’d love some feedback or criticism because I’ve only seen it in my mind and haven’t heard any opinions on it. I’m thinking I want it on my lower back and then I can add more into the “sky”/my upper back although I’m not sure what, maybe it’ll be like heaven and I can add stuff into it.
I was thinking about it today and I decided I like the idea of a wolf in place of a girl. I want a wolf tattooed on me somewhere and I figured I could incorporate it into this piece. I’d want it howling at the bright star and maybe the light reaching down towards it.
I also want to incorporate a full or crescent moon into the tattoo without being too distracting.
I’d love feedback on my ideas and any ideas. Whether you want to amend my idea or take the quote and come up with your own, I’m very open minded. I’d be over the moon if someone wanted to draw up a sketch but I’m not expecting it at all. Thanks in advance! I’m excited to hear the replies.”
Well back onto the original reason for this new post. I’ve been looking on google images for some wolf pictures to base my tattoo off of. Here are some of the ones I liked. I’m guessing the finished project will have some parts of all these photos but I just wanted the opinion of some people with some experience in tattoos opinion on what would make the best fit for my piece. Feel free to let me know parts of one you like or hate. Or if I’m picking out the entire wrong section. I’m not sure how big I should make the wolf either so feedback on size would be great.

-I think the trees in this one would be too distracting but I like the light from above although it isn’t stars i like the brightness
-In this one I like the trees but it is too bright with the snow and I’m thinking now snow in my tat because I don’t want too much white
-I like the rock/cliff thing in this one but might be a bit too dark. I also like the variety of color in the sky

-I like the detail and the unusual color in the moon in this one but I’m not sure how big to make the moon in my tat. Any idea on size and color of the moon?
-I like this one ALOT. The only thing I think I’d change is I’d want the moon higher above the wolf’s head and the wolf’s head to be more tipped towards the sky. I like the rock and the trees and everything.
-I like this one cause of the rock but its too black. and I like the idea of the sparse trees.
