Hello there, my name is Doug and pretty much a newcomer to tattoos. I have a few but haven’t really put much thought to the ones I have. They are all solid colour with no shading and music related, band signs/symbols. I like the idea of that being my route seeings though I wont ever dislike the bands I am into. I am in he first stages of begining a sleeve. I have spoke to an artist and got a bit of advice on how to go about it as I want to do it over time instead of all in a oner. Reason for that is I want it to be a gradual thing so I can think of my next piece and not rush it with no regrets. I have seen quite a few which look like they are painted on with not much solid line in them. Again I’ll speak to the guy I’m going to have doing them but, any suggestions of how that could tie into sleeves or even examples of peoples work would be greatly appreciated.
