Hi everyone. Im new to this forum. Just wanted to introduce myself and show some of the tattoos I have done. I look forward to seeing alot of work on here and gather ideas to complete all of my tattoos. Well here are my tats, let me know what yall think. Constructive criticism is welcomed.
My favorite which is my daughters name.
This is one I got on my stomach. Its not finished yet. We still have to make all the shading dark and complete the smoke and such. Still have alot to do on it. We will finish this one next week. This one hurt like hell lol.
Thank you. Seems to be a pretty cool forum. So I think I’ll be sticking around. Hope to meet alot of cool people and share ideas and art work.
Welcome aboard. Firstly i am a bit confused are you a tattoo artist or are these tattoo’s on your body?
The 3rd picture down the last letter look’s a totally different size to the wrest of the lettering, Different gap sizes between each letter not liking it at all to be honest sorry but im just giving you a honest opinion.
Like I said, all constructive criticism is welcomed. They are all the same size. Its the angle I’m guessing. I got the tattoo when I was young and honestly I regret it. I will be getting it covered up of course. Im not an artist, these are on my body. All I do is promote for a shop.
Ah cool dude, lot’s of people have a tattoo they regret including me 🙂
welcome
It looks like you really need to find a new tattooist. The work that you are showing is average at best.
You look like your starting to lose prime space to this sub par work but if that’s your thing more power to you.
Welcome to the forum
I honestly think the tattoos came out good. The filler work on the other hand could be alot better. All my tattoos are free as well. I promote for a shop, so I dont pay for any of my tattoos. The skull on my stomach is really god, but its far from finished. I actually had to tap out on that one. Ill go back next week to get it finished. I’ll post the end result soon. Also alot of the tattoos I have are pretty old. Most of them are almost 14 years old. Plans are to get them touched up so they look new again.
Thanks for the welcomes.
bit hit and miss for me, and they look quite faded so how old are they?
not that bad anyway
welcome to the forum,
my friend I say this to help, free or not I would skip any further work from this shop. It is well below par. You have got a nice car, nice bike, you need to wear the shit hot ink that matches.
be glad to get you hooked up here in atlanta but you have plenty of great artists in texas
we welcome having you, please hang around
and I would say this to all new members………….go to the barnes and noble (fancy book store of choice) , pull out the best tattoo magazines, tattoo Energy, Tattoo Life, International Tattoo, Skin Deep, Skin Shots, etc
look at the work inside…………
does your tattoo work look like this…………….
no………why not?
anyone can book 95% of these artists anytime they want………………..
some of us have……………….we got our tattoos photos taken and put in videos, magazines, etc.
why dont you get some, isnt your body a temple, worhty of spending some good money on, afterall ink is forever………….you deserve the best, go get it
I did a tatoo diary the other day, thought I had 220 hours, turns out its more like 230, Ive got 10-15 more hours booked in two sessions right now, dont know what I have spent, I get treated VERY well, but this is $35000 plus US worth of ink (most artists 150 a hour here, some as much as 250 on me) and would cost most people more…………….would I do it again, YES………will I keep booking bad ass muther fuckers, YES…………do people ask me everyday where can they get better ink YES……….go get the Good Stuff
Welcome… you’ll find some people here to just blow sunshine up your ass to make you feel better(maybe it’s bc they have scratchwork?), as well as people who call it like they see it(you’ll figure out who’s who real quick) and you’ll also find some amazing artwork on this forum, as well as some ‘omg wtf were they thinking?!’ artwork…
Constructive Criticism…..Your artwork is in between the two types of artwork mentioned above. Be happy that you’re happy with your pieces but perhaps you’d be better off finding another artist to do your work.
Oh and I have two life lessons for you while we’re on the subject… you get what you pay for and quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten
^^what I’m trying to say is, who the f*%k cares that you got your ink for free if it’s just ‘blah’?
