Question for tattoo artists

was just wondering how dificult this tattoo would be to do as a sleeve. haha i know its very detailed but was just wondering if its possible?

I would be concerned that if it can be done it would look like a black swirl in 5-10 years.

it is too busy for a sleeve, could be simplified and made into large piece for thigh or back though, would still have the effect
