The work doesn’t look particularly good, though it’s hard to judge the quality too accurately based on the photo. However, what you can easily tell in the photo is that the tattoo is very poorly placed.

Here another picture of the same tattoo. It’s not the placement that is rubbing me the wrong way, it is possibly the lines. I like tattoos in weird spots. Not too sure. Oh and the eroded lines are supposed to be there. There will be some type of swirl or background added on that goes through the notes.

It’s actually not a music note. It’s a G clef and (I think) an F clef.

Its inconsistent lineweight shading flow. Cracks look completely random and theres no cracking on any edges. The “swirls” are going to look very odd when/if you add them.
