I have a problem with a Rotary machine. For some reason the needles keep breaking after just a few minutes. My settings for needle depth should be fine… but at the same time, the rubber bands also keep snapping faster than usual. First I thought the problem could be the needles, but they work just fine with a coil machine. Voltages should be ok, and the machine seems to be running smoothly… except, once I start tattooing, the needle suddenly breaks. The breaking point is always the same with every needle, inside the grip. Could someone give me a hint where to search the solution?
sounds like the rubber bands are too small/too tight,or like butt said,maybe chinese machines do that.
