I’m Phil, 22, and I live in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia. I’m an Arabic linguist, and a per diem nurse. I have 28 tattoos, nine piercings, and I suppose this is where I describe them, eh?

Tats:

Chest:
2 nautical stars on either side, linked with a chain and a medic cross in the middle
“Can I say” above the stars

Arms:
-Arabic sleeve, one saying in English (right arm)
(Quotes in Arabic, I’m Egyptian. And served in the army)
3 helicopter outlines
-Medical/military “sleeve” (no background work)
This arm includes:
My basic training roster number
Nautical star shrouded in smoke
Custom “super medic” logo I drew up surrounded by the words “life on hold”
The words “combat medic”
A puzzle piece for autism (my little brother is autistic)
Celtic cross (I’m Irish)
A spade, Red Cross, heart in the webbing between my thumb and finger, and the word “veritas” I tattooed on myself when I was 15 (left hand)

Right hand:
Faded “veritas” on my right pointer finger
The word “aequitas”

Back:
“Veni vidi vici” going from shoulder to shoulder

Neck
Arabic meaning “bismiallah” on the back of my neck

Ribs:
Bilateral Baretta M9 handguns with “god” written on one, “country” on the other, with expended brass falling.

Waist:
“Lucky you” on my hips, rainbow going all the way from my waist to my eh… Pot of gold, a 3 leaf clover, and the “lucky charms” leprechaun.

Right leg:
Wrap around claddaugh ring, with the words “Erin go bragh” down the side.

Now, my piercings:

-septum
-smiley
-tongue
-snake bites
-2 dermal anchors
-2 nipple piercings
