i got this about two and a half weeks ago, and it’s still pretty pink in places. i’m not sure if this is normal or not, i read that pink around tattoos is a sign of an infection, however it is not hot, it does not burn or itch, and isn’t causing me any pain, it’s just slightly pink in places. since it’s on my wrist, is it possible that it’s just red from bending my wrist, or do you think its the early stages of an infection? this is my first tattoo so i’m pretty worried. Yes it looks infected. but don’t worry to much about it you got it done in white ink which just turns brownish.. You will need to get it redone and have them use some ink this time.

I would see a doctor.

Infections are nothing to mess around with.

Treat it as an infected wound. If the redness increases (mark with a pen) see a doctor
