Hey everyone.  We are about to open a new high-end tattoo studio in Las Vegas and we are looking for some feedback from artists.  So our question is this.  Lets say you are a top earning artist with an extensive clientele, you are comfortable in your current studio, and are making good money;  what would a newly opening high-end studio need to offer you to get you leave where you are?  We are open to all suggestions, as our artist’s happiness is very important to us.
