Has this fourm ever had a chat function?
If not, is it feasible to add one?

We could have scheduled times for chats, but it could be open for anyone to enter at any time.

I’ve been in a few forums with them, and I think they really add to the “community” feel.

Of course this forum already has a misc. section, so perhaps a chat would be redundant, but I thought I’d just throw the idea out there.

I do keep in contact with a few on msn which works for me.

If you have contacts you want to keep up with maybe PM them your preferred comms contact?

I suggest it because I know T (owner) is really busy.

Of course adding a chat feature would be quite an undertaking, and I understand completely that the owner has his or her own life.

i placed a chat box on my own forum, it drew people away from chatting in the topics so i removed it 😉
