Im talking about rock in general, like anything from green day to U2 to linken park or evanescence. there are occasiaonlly good rap songs that i like but rock is just more pleasing to listen to and sing along to, and for me i can relate to rock or punk music more at my point in my life but i loves rap a while ago, so, now i ask you, which do you prefer and WHY? give a good reason if you can 🙂
p.s. i have a lot of respect for both genres of music

I like the nice clean, fresh, cool rap music image over the dirty, hardcore, depressing image of rock these days.
rap is always about the brightside rock is about getting dumped nowadays especially with all this emo crap like falloutboy, AFI, My chemical Romance.
Really, there is no real answer to this question….
We have different tastes and I am a fan of rock, but I am a rapper myself, or rather a Hip Hop artist…
I have been a big Hip Hop fan since I was like 5… But, I do love rock, mostly old school rock(Chicago, Pearl Jam,. Aerosmith, Queen, etc….) but if I had a choice to state my opinion…. of course I’d say Rap is better, but I like Rock as well… It’s my third favorite genre of music(behind Hip Hop and R & B)
