I saw a few bits and pieces of this about 20 years ago, I’ve been wondering what it is ever since.

I’m not sure exactly what happened but it seems some guy suddenly found himself being some fabulously wealthy guy and he has no clue what’s going on.
there was a scene where he’s frieking out about what’s going on and goes outside to the taxi driver who’s calming him down and as he (the taxi driver) is talking he points to a couple of spots in the air and creates these sparks of light where he pointed.
the next morning he wakes up and goes to “his” office in “his” company. as soon as he sits in his chair his computer turns on and welcomes him, he presses a button and the wall opens up a hidden bar. some blonde chick walks in and slaps him in the face.

if anybody could tell me what this is I’d greatly appreciate it.
