    I have green things growing on ocean rock and i want to know what they are if they will be dangerous in my tank, i have 5g per litre of salt in the water, and have one very healthy figure 8 puffer, i keep cleaning to rock but i want to know why this stuff is still growing
    This looks more like plantlife / coral than algea

    algae u should get one of those bottem eater fishes it will clean it right up they love eating that

    Just make sure it doesn’t start walking. If it does then you know it’s Triffids

    its algae. a small amount isn’t a problem but if it continues to grow it will eventually use up all the oxygen in the tank and kill your fish. So just do your best to keep it clean
